These terms govern your use of cozyluxe.com and any purchase made from COZY-LUXE Enterprises ("COZY-LUXE", "we", "us"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur — if they do, we'll contact you before processing any affected order.
An order is confirmed once payment is received (for card/transfer checkout) or once we've confirmed the details with you directly on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or unavailable stock — in which case any payment received will be refunded or applied to a replacement item.
We accept payment via card or bank transfer through Flutterwave, or direct bank transfer with proof-of-payment upload. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment has been verified.
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Delivery timelines given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occasionally occur due to courier or logistics issues outside our control. See our Delivery FAQ for typical timeframes.
We do not offer refunds. If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Eligible items will be replaced after verification. See our full Replacement Policy for details.
All content on this site — including the COZY-LUXE name, logo, product photography, and written content — belongs to COZY-LUXE Enterprises and may not be reproduced without permission.
COZY-LUXE is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order itself.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
