We store order and account data in Google Firebase, and images in Cloudinary — both reputable, encrypted cloud platforms. Access to customer data is limited to authorized COZY-LUXE staff only.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share what's necessary with trusted service providers who help us run the business — our payment processor (Flutterwave), delivery partners, and hosting providers — solely to fulfil your order.
